Free Dental Camp for Children

As a part of the Community Development Programs, there was a dental camp which was organized for the children who come from the nearby communities. The camp was conducted by Doctors from a smile rehabilitation clinic in Bangalore. The program started off with telecasting some videos to the children about oral hygiene awareness and introducing the Doctors to the children, the camp started off by welcoming the dignitaries, after the introduction of the doctors. There was a presentation about why oral hygiene is important by the doctors and also a small talk on how to brush teeth and keep oral hygiene healthy.

45 Children took part 

The program is processed by having a personal screening. Each one of the children were called by the doctors and conducted a test of their oral health, followed by gifting a dental kit to the students by the doctors as a token of encouraging the children to use the toothbrush and paste regularly. There were 45 children who took part in the event, out of which 23 children were asked to visit them for treatment at a very affordable price.
